The fulfillment country for each order is carefully selected by an advanced routing algorithm, which helps reduce delivery times and minimize environmental impact.

Returns
Right of withdrawal/cooling-off period
When making a purchase on Posteraized.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item if you are not satisfied. Please note that this right does not apply to posters you have generated yourself. Non-EU customers may have additional rights under local laws.
Reclamation/Right to claim
Whether you purchased a pre-generated poster or designed one yourself, we offer a 25-day claim period for products that arrive damaged or do not match their description due to quality issues not related to user content. In this case evidence of the defect is required, which you can read more about in the next section.

Right of withdrawal/cooling-off period
If you wish to practice your “Right of withdrawal”, please contact us on posteraized@gmail.com before the applicable withdrawal period expires (i.e. 14 days after receiving your order) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. In the email, please use “Withdrawal” as the subject line to facilitate and streamline the handling of your inquiry. The email shall include information such as your name, address, order number and invoice number. While not required, we would appreciate it if you also provide the reason for the return, as this helps us improve our service and maintain high customer satisfaction. Once we receive the returned product in satisfactory condition, you will be reimbursed the full purchase price.
However, please note that we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund that is equivalent to any depreciation of the item's value compared to its original value, if and to the extent such depreciation is due to your handling of the item to a greater extent than necessary to establish its characteristics or functionality.
Reclamation/Right to claim
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please contact us on posteraized@gmail.com before the applicable reclamation period expires (i.e. 25 days after receiving your order) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. In the email, please use “Reclamation” as the subject line to facilitate and streamline the handling of your inquiry. The email shall include information such as your name, address, order number and invoice number. It must also provide a description of the issue as well as supporting images that can verify the occurrence. If the defect is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will either reprint the order or offer you a full refund.
The cost of return shipping may vary depending on your location and the reason for the return. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, such as a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. Please contact our customer service for specific details regarding your return.

We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payments made through our website. Stripe supports various payment methods, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment forms accepted by Stripe. The available payment options will be presented to you at checkout.
